Welcome to Victoria Saints! We are glad that you have decided to join our historic club. We were founded in 1909 right here at Victoria Park and for 126 years been the club of generations of thousands of families in Swansea.

To get started you can download our new membership form and return it direct to the club secretary during any home fixture along with the relevant membership fee. Alternatively, you can complete the Online New Membership Form below.

The Clubs Committee reserves the right to accept or refuse the membership of a person at its discretion.

Online New Membership Form

The quickest and easiest way to join Victoria Saints is by completing our online form below. Once received, a member of the club will be in touch to arrange payment of any membership fees and to organise an induction. If you have any questions, you can contact us via Facebook or by email join@victoriabowls.co.uk.

Membership

Membership fees are to be paid annually by all members at the start of each season in May. Split payment option is available at the discretion of the secretary of half in May and Half in July. All memberships entitle players access to the green and club house for practice. Please follow instructions on the notice board for the rinks to play on.

Full Membership – Entitles the member to be selected by the selection committee for all competitive games and prioritised over casual members. The cost for full membership in the 2025 bowling season is £80.00 for ages 18+ or FREE for juniors.

Casual Membership – Entitles the member to be selected by the selection committee for all competitive games only if the team numbers cannot be fulfilled by full paying members. The cost for casual membership in the 2025 bowling season is £40.00.

Social Membership – Entitles the member to play on our green socially. Not eligible for team selections, can upgrade to casual at any point. The cost for social membership in the 2025 bowling season is £20.00.

We communicate with all members via our WhatsApp channel and any selections and team announcements are done via this method.
Full membership fee is £80 per year (Free to under 18s). Casual Membership is £40 per year and Social Membership is £20 per year.

We are exempt from registration with the ICO as we are a non-profit organisation and will only use your information for the following purposes:

  • only process information necessary to establish or maintain membership or support;
  • only process information necessary to provide or administer activities for people who are members of the organisation or have regular contact with it; 
  • only hold information about individuals whose information you need to process for this exempt purpose; and
  • the personal data we process is restricted to personal information that is necessary for this exempt purpose.

Please note: The club operates a WhatsApp Group for its selection, social and team announcements. You will be added to this group if you are aged 18+, younger members will only be added to the selection group.

By signing submitting the membership form, you agree Victoria Saints Bowls Club will be the Data Controller and Processor of your personal information for the purposes outlined above.
